[GAMEPLAY] /Remake not able to be used, even though a player never connected.

Just began a ranked game a little while ago. One of our players (Champion: Blitzcrank. Summoner Name: CONFUSCIUS182) never connected to the game. I attempted to use the /Remake feature multiple times, but the game continued to say that the /Remake feature was only able to be used when a player has not connected to the game. I lost the first game of my series due to this, and I am somewhat upset that the feature did not work. I can provide a replay, but it contains no chat, so I am not sure how helpful it would be, considering this is a bug in the /Remake feature.
