Debonair Vi Movement bug? [on GAMEPLAY]

As first I do not own the skin. I was using it while someone purchased the IP boost with skins. So while I was playing, the debonair vi movement was bugged, also the sounds was not there I do not know why, by the way in the video you can see that something is modded, it is only he custom HUD I downloaded which is free to use, anything else isn't modded.
