Syndra fps drop

I first noticed this with the Atlantean Syndra skin, but earlier today I saw this with the Queen of Diamonds Syndra skin as well. Whenever an enemy Syndra casts a spell, especially with her E, it seems to drop the FPS, and cause a stutter delay of about 1 second.
