Elementalist Lux hit frame for spells are off

as the title indicates, so many times I encounter a lux, mid / bot, and usually its ok, w.e, u can see her spells, u dodge them correctly, everything is fine. when a lux uses elementalist skin, the hit box for spells either is slightly bigger or the animation is just off, but I step out of her Q i still get snared. (let alone her Q almost looks like her auto attack), her E is just annoying to get used to seeing as an elementalist but it's manageable, please Fix the Q issue, that is insanely tilting playing against elementalist lux when u have fought a lux 100s of times and cant dodge a single obvious Q from her as elementalist but no other problem when she is using any other skin.
