Re-Patching 5Go after just a reboot?

The game froze then the PC too while loading to a game had to force shutdown my computer. Turn it back on, launch league, the region changes to NA, It patches the few Megas then launch the login screen, but guess what I have to do a whole 5Go patch again as if it got installed for the first time. What the F ... is this? where did all the files go to want to patch that much of data again? Waiting for a reply at the earliest, college life sucks and can't spend that much of data in one strike.
