Ip total keeps messing up

For the past few patches(started before xay/rak event), my ip totals were always slightly messed up after the ip is totaled. It is quite annoying when I am happy to have enough ip, but then learn I fell short. A temporary fix is to relog, but it gets messed up again after a battle. When I relog the ip seems to be the fake amount until .5 second passes and it seems to correct itself.
