[GAMEPLAY] Imposible to R again on a Q mark R - DIANA

While again a Talon mid, when i got my ult i try to ingage him, even it, after i Q+R him, i wasn't able to R him again. We can clearly see the R isn't on cooldown and we can hear the sound button when it's on cooldown. That happen many time on the game, that the only place i remember where that happen.
