Champion Select Bug

I keep getting frozen in client during champion selection. This happens very often over multiple nights and games and has only happened in ranked queues so far. This will happen at any point during champion select. Doesn't matter whether it is during ban or pick phase. I took a picture of my screen to show at what point this happened in my last champion select. I would really appreciate some feedback because I am losing a ton of LP for this.

In this particular photo, I selected between Kayle and Maokai to ban and the red bar would not appear because the entire client had frozen.
