Can't connect to the game at start...nice BUG riot!

CAN you FIX this BUG?:

"Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection and attempt to reconnect.", i just lose 2 games today because of that...i try to reconnect but my team just remake the game...This bug just demote me and now I have leavebuster for 5 games(20min befor queue)...This is so bullshit...I don't want a reward for your mistakes, but this bug can get my a ban for no reason!
