Runeterra Bug: Summon same champion twice

I think you never want to see 2 same champions owned by a player in the same round. If it is the case we are able to have summon an existing champion again with Thresh's upgraded skill.

How to produce:

  1. Create a deck with 2 type of champions(3x+3x). One of them need to be Thresh.
  2. Summon Thresh and champion X.
  3. Upgrade Thresh.
  4. Do the first attack with the Thresh. 5)Use Thresh's skill. You will have 2 different champion X on the board.

I found another way to have 2 of the same champ on the field. Play kalista and bond her with anivia. Have anivia die and then reborn from her egg, then attack with leveled up kalista to summon a second anivia. It's also crazy op because that means you can deal 4 damage to every enemy target each turn, and could potentially summon a third anivia if the second one dies too.
