Warmog's passive doesn't work at exactly 3000hp
Playing ARAM. Had exactly 3000 max HP as Rammus. Passive did not kick in, despite tooltip saying "at least 3000", not more than 3000.

What level were you in game and what runes, masteries, items did you have? You might have had 2999 and some decimal part which rounded the display to 3000.
I've played an aram with poppy 3024 hp and the warmog didn't worked but when i had 3100 it was ok !
