[Game/Client} Can't ban champs, put on Low Priority Queue

My friend and I joined a game, and in banning phase we both could not select champions, and after the timer hit 0, the game stood frozen there for a bit.

We did not want to quit the client because we feared getting put on Low Priority Queue.

Then the client returns us to the lobby, and we were put on LPQ anyway as it said we dodged.

Idk if anyone else faced this bug, but I thought i'd report it here.
