Pantheon's abilities and auto attack randomly disabled
After we got baron and we were about to win, i tied to land my ult on the opponent's nexus and all of my abilities and auto attack are disabled. After one death, everything resets.

I've had the same thing happen when playing Sion. All of a sudden my Q and R quit functioning. I can still type them in chat so I know it isn't my keyboard. I suspect hackers. But it still doesn't reset after a death. It's disabled the remainder of the match.
