[CLIENT] Club chat rooms notification remains even after the message being read for days.

The club chat in League is a very cool social feature, but it's so annoying that whenever someone sends a message in it I get notifications for the message every time I log in even after it's been read. This does not seem hard to fix so I'd appreciate it a lot if you fixed it. Thanks!
