Invisible mega death rocket

I haven't been able to get a screen shot of this since it just happens to fast, but I have now played at least 2 games against jinx on league today where the mega death rocket was invisible up until right as i got the animation for it exploding on me. At first I thought it was maybe just the Star guardian skin, then I played against the base skin. Not sure if this is just some visual bug with my client or if its happening to more than just me. I've been able to pull some wins out still but its really hard to block a rocket for someone or predict it when I can't see it unless it explodes.
