[CRASH] / [GAMEPLAY] Weird Bug

Hi,

I'm reporting a really strange bug that happens to me most frequently after a new patch, but sometimes just whenever. The game will go along fine as normal, but at a certain point I am unable to click on things (for example, I cannot buy items from the shop) or use abilities (if I were playing a champion with a spell, the spell would not go off when Q W E or R is pressed, or Summoners would not work at all) and I am unable to even move (basic clicking, attack move, etc, nothing works) so I become frozen in place but still connected to the game. The escape button also does not work, so the only way I can fix the bug has been to force quit the game AND client and restart, and upon doing that I get several bugsplat errors. I have tried repairing my client.

I play on a Mac (only thing I have) and I have been unable to recreate the bug. It is random as far as I can tell.
