I got the leaver buster for being afk,but i don't wait the time i need to

Basically my internet was very bad and i ended up being afk for 5 minutes,i got the leaver buster for 20 minutes x5,but i don't wait the leaver buster,just straight go to the queue,was the leaver buster i got a mistake or a bug and i am not getting it?because after the first game after i got the leaver,it just said that i will have a leaver buster for next 4 games,like it would usually do
