Game Failure to load

I was waiting for the game to load up but never did until I opened my command and force stop it notice it said was not responding I rejoined the game 5mins late I contributed and helped my team yet I still got no loot for afk behavior like what the heck it wasn't my fault ur servers wouldn't respond why should I be punished not the only time it has happened to me either can someone from Riot pls help me figure how to stop this before you end up banning me for no good reason
