[CLIENT] Can't purchase champions

Issue:

When going to collection, selecting a champion and pressing the unlock button a notification stating "This content is no longer available for purchase" will appear.

If this appears all attempts to unlock champions will result in the notification appearing.

Workaround:

Restarting League of Legends will sometimes resolve the issue.
