Fiora Lunge (Q) getting her stuck in mid animation.

So I thought it was lag the first time this happened but now its happened trice, after using lunge to hit something i stay stuck in the animation and the 60% CDR doesn't proc. During this duration I can glide around in the lunge animation and normally would be really funny and I wouldn't mind it except for he fact that I cant use any ability including SS. The only way for this to go away is to wait for lunge to come off CD and use it again and have it go on CD again, and then the animation will stop. Being not able to farm, recall, or escape for a potential 20 seconds after engage has been a very detrimental problem in ranked now.

I'm not sure what the problem is but its the most awkward thing I've experienced thus far in league. Some people have problems with wall I hear but my wall was a Malphite soo.
