Error with IP

Hello,

I am really sorry but I have to express my anger right now.

I currently have over 15000 IP and I try to purchase the nickname change with my IP.

Everytime I click on the product, it says I have 13892 IP and I am in negative 68 IP because

the thing costs 13900 IP.

So I tried playing more games to earn even more IP and then to purchase it again.

It is still shown as 13892 IP and I am short 68 IP. I have been trying to buy that fukin product

since last night and it is actually making me mad. Can someone please tell me the way to fix

the problem? Thanks.
