Mastery token not being recieved

I was recently in a match on Twisted Treeline playing and when I went into the after match screen, I read that I got an S rating in the chat. This would give me my final mastery 7th token and make me eligible to unlock 7th mastery on , but before the screen came up to give me the token, my client crashed and when I came back online, no token at all. Any tips? How can I get help? Can you get tokens from Twisted Treeline?
