Visual Bug in new Client using Touchscreen

I have the next setup:

Hp 15 r-002-ns (Laptop) Intel i5 4210U 1,70GHz (up to 2,40GHz Turbo boost) Nvidia Geforce 820m Touch Screen (1366x768) Windows 10 Home

When i'm using the new client, if i try to zoom in (like in the Smartphones) the client zooms in. The same with zooming out, only when before was zoomed in. That occurs in every part of the client ( Profile, searching a game, Store, champion selection, etc).

Maybe it's a bug or maybe just a help for those persons wich can not see too good. This visual bug can be done only with a TouchScreen, well trying to zoom with keys or mouse don't work.

If is someone that already reported this bug, i'm sorry for creating a new discussion.
