So just played a game of aram. Was teemo , the enemy had Jhin. Went back and watch the replays. There are two occasions where Jhin is blinded and still hit and crits. These are times when I'm 100% sure that the game shows "Blinded" on top of him, he attacks at those 2,5 seconds, talking about basic attack , not Q or W, and does dmg. Is there a rule that crits always hit even if blinded, cause I ain't finding anything like that on the wiki?
It happens with graves as well. The way I see it is that the way the ammo auto's work there isn't a bullet to travel distance, it's instant when shot, but has a delay of an animation. Teemo can't blind Jhin because all of his auto's are considered a spell instead of an actual auto. I actually recorded a few teemo games vs jhin's trying to figure it out. Watching him heal 280+ per auto in fights even though he was blinded. I always ban jhin because Teemo doesn't have a way to really deal with him other than building tank.
Just played against Jhin with Teemo... He didn't have merc boots neither the QSS and when I blinded him he still dealt dmg to me with his basic attacks... wth???
