Honor system issue?

Hi,

2 times in a row, i got 3-4 honors from my team. But i didn't get that flash border honorthing the next game?

and

Is there anyway possible to see, how far there is to go to lvl3 honor ?

This is not a bug. You get the honor symbol during the same post game lobby showing everyone that you were fully honored by your team. You only get the honor borders when you get to honor 4 and 5.
