bugg on kalista dark spear

Just had a bugg with kalista and her dark spear. Even tho kalista popped her dark spear at the start of the game on me (sup) and i got the buff kalista still had her dark spear in her inventory and when she popped it i knocked when up and then teleported back to next beside her. riot need to fix this becouse kalista cant have more then 5 items due to dark spear takeing 1 slot away from her. er.
