[Gameplay] Riven's 3rd Q WAS perfeclty FINE and BECAME super BUGGED with patch 5.22

First off I would like to say that Riven's 3rd Q HAD NO BUGS AT ALL WHATSOEVER. However, after testing the "Riven ¿FIX?" that came with patch 5.22 I cannot find any improvement to her 3rd Q, but instead I find MANY THINGS THAT HAVE GONE WRONG:

1. The cooldown between Qs is SUPER BUGGED, it DISAPPEARS. So Qs now BUFFER mid-cast, so I find myself chaining Qs UNINTENTIONALLY when I click Q DURING my Q casts. This was NOT an issue before this change, since there was a 0.5 second cooldown time betwen Q casts. Why did you change that too???

2. The mid-air ward-dropping mechanic disappeared, and so did the ward-placing mechanic to correct Riven's facing against a wall. Because before Riven would turn to face in the direction that she placed a ward, but now she doesn't.

3. SINCE patch 5.22 EVEN while holding down "target champions only" if I hover my cursor over minions or jungle monsters, it REDIRECTS Riven towards them, and Riven starts attacking them. So NOW it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to wall-jump, because there is pretty much NO PLACE for me to put my cursor that won't target something and make me NOT wall-jump.

4. WHAT HAS BEEN FIXED???? I have no idea of what has been improved in her 3rd Q.
