Jarven no auto animation bug 3v3 map twisted treeline.

I recently just played on a 3v3 map after the latest patch as (j4) jarven the 4th, and completely destroyed by a darius. yes it was partially because I haven't played him in awhile but it was also due to a bug that was active. j4 didn't have any auto attack animations he just stood there and the minions or anything I hit would lose health. I couldn't kill anything or get the gold for them because I couldn't get the last hits on them due to the bug I missed 90% of the lane minions. his (Q,W,E,R) ability animations were working. I have no idea if this is also happening on any other maps, but it did on the twisted treeline (3v3 map) has anyone else experienced this?
