Getting a little impatient

Just had to download league of legends on this new computer and whenever it is updating it stops completely after the 2/2 part of the update. I've uninstalled and tried reinstalling, I've turned off firewall and UAC, I don't know what else to do. I've also tried switching the server location and that also didn't work. I'd really appreciate someone who has a solution for me, THANK Y'ALL.
