Champions don't appear during champions select

When I got into champions select everything seemed right except for the fact that the champions didn't appear, this cost me that when the time ran out I got kicked and banned as a queue dodger, somebody has an idea of what could have happened?

Same happened to me just now. Twice in a row. Now I'm banned for an hour. Thanks RITO.

Same here, I even took screenshots of it, twice, as the last guy said, this has happened with my masteries several times, but not with the champions, RITO plz fix your client.
