When Teemo dies and buys an item while dead. enemies running over his mushrooms flags him for combat and prevents him from selling back the item if it was bought by mistake, double clicked, etc...
Obviously the selling back of items immediately is not intended to be prevented, but the combat flag is having unintended consequences.
Solution: Don't play cancer.
I think it's pretty logic tbh and not a bug. Imagine you see some enemy approaching your shroom, you quickly buy Needlessly large rod to do more dmg on that shroom and then resell it. Does not seem fair does it?
The sell back feature is there for a reason. If the lazy answer of "think before you buy" becomes the consensus then sell back should be removed all together. It should not be prohibited to just one character.
The combat negation is supposed to keep people from turtleing and fighting from the healing pad and buying and selling back items. It is supposed to keep people from ACTIVELY fighting then selling back. Teemo has no control over people running into his mushrooms while he is dead.
