When you in champ select and you try to chose wards there are multiple wards of the same type, this bug probably has gone unnoticed so riot try and fix it. Its a minor bug but its still one.

Same, really annoying when I want to change it last second (like to switch it to match skin as best I can).
I just noticed this bug as well in the latest patch. Some of the wards have 3 copies, others have up to 9!
Thank god, I thought my laptop was having tons of issues.
