Cant purchase RP

i have not been able to purchase RP for the last 3 days and when i try to i get a message saying "Exceeded amount of tries, wait 24 hours" I havent bought Rp in about a week and would really like to buy one of the on sale skins. Pls Help

When i got W10 it was changed to the new windows browser

Try changing it to windows explorer. Tell me if it works. If it doesn't send a ticket to Riot games. gl
