Cant purchase RP

i have not been able to purchase RP for the last 3 days and when i try to i get a message saying "Exceeded amount of tries, wait 24 hours" I havent bought Rp in about a week and would really like to buy one of the on sale skins. Pls Help

Have you set your default browser to windows explorer?
