[GAMEPLAY] Jhin ult going on cd for too long
Jhin's ult goes on cd longer than the specified amount. Despite not using all shots of ultie. Here is an album of the cd. And here is a video of the bug. It seems like it only happens with rank one ult.

I encountered the same bug, but for all ranks of his ulti. The only time it will give a CDR refund is if I immediately cancel without using any shots, and even then it only gives 10%. Otherwise it goes on CD for it's full amount, no matter how many shots are left.
