Fizz's Q
Has anyone noticed that sometimes when Fizz uses his Q that it does not apply Lich Bane?

Lich Bane has a cooldown, this might be the problem.
I did some tests with my friend and we found out that if you are in auto attack range, Fizz's Q will activate Sheen/Lich Bane, but will not consume it.
