Noc Ult Bug

I was playing Nocturne and I had ulted a Graves, he was under the middle base turret on the top right team. I was toward Red and when i was about to hit him, he flashed over the wall. The damage from the attack was really delayed and took a few seconds to actually kill him.

But the problem was that, after he flashed i was just sitting where he used to be. Then I got moved into the wall under that tower. I could move along the wall, and I was sticking out from it enough to be visible, but i couldn't get out.
