So im playing team builder and im selecting my blackfrost aniva skin but when we get to the loading screen and in game its the original skin. This has happened with other skins too but this is the one that it happens the most with. I have checked twice now to make sure its selected before the game starts and it is, so its not that im forgetting. Why have I payed for content if it isnt able to be used?
Having the same problem. Just bought Snowday Singed a few days ago and when I went into a regular game threw team builder, It didn't put on my skin. This has happened twice now. Also noticed that it doesn't allow me to select my champion it just loads singed.
I'm seeing this as well. Selected Snow Bunny Nidalee, got Bewitching Nidalee in game. Selected Winter Wonderland Orianna, got Gothic Orianna in game. Please fix this ASAP. These skins cost too much money to not work.
Still not fixed. Can i get a refund on all my skins?
I've just been changing champs then changing back to the champ I want to play selecting the skin. Seems to load the skin this way.
Same problem here with Northern Front Swain. Not so cool to buy a skin and then it doesn't load in-game.
I've found the damn FIX by mistake!!! EUREKA!!! Ok..stop joking, it's a serious thing.
Follow these steps: 1.Select another champion 2.Select the skin tab of that champion and change it (whatever skin, it doesn't matter, even if you haven't got it). 3.Come back and pick your champion u want to play. 4.Select your skin.
