me and my friends keep getting banned for "dodging queue" but we never leave. The client keeps crashing during picking phase so we lose lp and we get a ban. riot can you do anything to fix this?

Seriously. Has happened to me 3 times already this patch. It is making it a lot harder for me to climb omfg.
this is so tru! I lost more than 15 lp on crashing client! I makes me tilted more than losing in game! Cuz I did nothing wrong, and client crashes, and decreases my lp then gives me 6 or 30 mins to wait for my next game!
Can you guys do something to prevent this?![zombie-nunu-tears]
My client crash everyday. Duo quene with my friend, click the Hextech crafting, stuck in the champion select and shopping... These happened about 3 months ago, i hope riot will fix it soon or i will have to wait for the new client.
