find match doesnt work

This problem has persisted for 2 hours now, i was about to start a game when an error occurred and the message "unable to start game" came up, which ive never had before. I then tried to start another cue but no matter how many times i pressed find match nothing happens! I've tried full repair and a few other solutions but to no avail it seems like this happens to a few as i have read some discussions but no-one has a solution. please help!!
