"I don't recieve my capsules when I level!" What other reason to play a game without a leveling reward. I am currently level 7 and just received 2 capsules and when I get a my level status when I have reached a new level it shows that I should have received a new capsule, but when I'm looking for it in my "loot" it ain't there honey. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing JUST happened to me. Basically, this is the only way to get blue essence without buying it, so it's super important that you get ALL your capsules. Please fix this, Riot.
