Can't post because boards think account is level 11?

I was reading the dev Q&A and wanted to upvote a comment, but I can't because I must be "Level 12" to post a reply or upvote. I've been level 30 for many months. :(

How can I fix this?

It updates when you post, so as you can see, it already updated you from posting this.
