new Taric W bug

Seeing as how Taric rework has hit live today, you think that somebody, anybody, would have caught this issue with his W before he ever left the beta...

If you cast W (Bastion) on an ally champion, and you are out of range to cast it, you stop dead in your tracks. Won't even attack anything like creep or champions. If you cast W on an ally champion and you lose sight of them for any reason at all, you stop dead in your tracks. If you cast W, AT ALL, you stop dead in your tracks. Sometimes when you cast W, the spell animations work showing it going to another champion, but continue to cast spells from the previous champion and not the newly enchanted one. If you cast W on a champion who dies mid click, you stop dead in your tracks
