Skin Boost Bug

I purchased the skin boost for my Team in an 5 vs 5 Aram Match no one of them choosed a skin so I asked them and they responded that they weren´t able to use a skin. I was able ot choose the defender Vayne Skin. What also happend was a kind of temporarly game crash while the client launched the game. We were stuck in the client for about 1 minute with the note get ready the fight will soon begin. We were still able to chat with our teammates. Maybe these two bugs are somhow linked to each other.

This is not only on EUW I was actually on the board to post the same thing but in NA we were not given skins but did however receive the 100ip I am not sure if this is intentional and only the person who purchased this is able to receive a skin but people have been purchasing it assuming the whole team gets it
