Game continually crashes during play after 4.20 patch! Help! [Error 183, dump]

Ever since the new 4.20 patch was released my game has been crashing mid game. The crash always happens when about 3-4 Champions are about to engage or have just engaged. An error message comes up stating, "Failed to create dump file: " (error 183)." I usually have to alt-tab to get out and accept the error message. Then I am back at the league launcher where I can press reconnect. I press reconnect and it usually loads within a minute and I am back in the game and have either died in battle, or am alive and in the same spot in the map. This usually happens once a game, and sometimes 2-3 times, but always right when an engage starts, never when I am roaming or in a solo lane or 2v2, usually 3v3 or more and in or around the jungle, but sometimes in a lane.

I have searched the internet looking for a fix to this problem and have tried multiple fixes and all of them failed at correcting the problem. FYI all of the fixes I was able to find was pre 4.20 patch, while my problem is post 4.20.

I am willing to post logs, system info and whatever is needed to assist in solving this problem. I will need to be instructed on how to generate logs.

I also had a few conversations in game with other users that were experiencing a similar problem.

RIOT or anyone please help.
