[GAMEPLAY] Lee sin can cancel vayne's condamn when he use 2nd Q

This has been said, but nothing has been done so here we go again :

When Lee sin cast his second q onto vayne, and when she try to condam him to cancel it, there's a chance that lee sin will cancel vayne's condamn, and totaly ignore the knockback AND the damage ( even if he gets the w stack ). seems like it happends when she condamn on the last frames. This go this way i'd say 1/2 of the time i try to do it. This is realy akward, cause as you know, adc are not in a good spot atm, and those kind of bug are not very cool :(
