[GAMEPLAY] Problem with new Devourer's stack gaining/Sated Devourer

The only proof I have is from match history since I haven't recorded any of the matches, but by the look of things (from both spectated and played games), Devourer stacks are not given to a Devourer-holding jungler when they get an assist (and not a kill) on Dragon, like it should be. Kills on Epic Monsters and Assists on champions do give stacks, and I'm not sure about takedowns on regular big monsters.

In addition, I've noticed that the phantom attack from Sated Devourer doesn't apply Master Yi's passive, even though it's an on-hit effect, and I remember it being applied in the PBE.

This bug occured every time the Devourer-holder participated in killing Dragon but did not last hit it, and the other (persumably) bug occurs on Master Yi every time he gains the Sated Devourer.

Had same issue in my last game.

I would also like to add that the little wolf, as well as the icon displaying current stacks, disappears from time to time.

It's supposed to be, if memory serves. It's supposed to give stacks for monster assists, so you can give away blue buff and in case you don't secure Drag/Baron.
