ziggs animation bug

I was just playing an akali game and someone on the other team was playing pool party ziggs he was mid lane and I was top so I didn't notice this right away but I could not see any of his skill animations they where all invisible (the balloons anyways) you could still kinda see the water animation but that wasn't enough to dodge them in the game please fix this, I did take a video but cant figure out how to post it if you would like to take a look I can email it to you (rioters only)
