League isn't working

Yeah so i'm trying to open League and all it says is that the LeagueClient isn't working, and i should try reinstalling or updating the OS (I have a Mac). I tried reinstalling, checking for updates, which there isn't any, and tried restarting my computer. I don't know if it's cause of my computer, or it's League. Is there anything else that could potentially fix this problem?

Ah. also i don't think it's like what people are saying recently with their bugs. There's no black screen, nothing. Just the logo.
