Cs counter keeps lowering in games with gangplank [GAMEPLAY]

whenever i play gangplank or have a gangplank on my team, the cs counter will jump to a lower number than i actually have at random times. This has happened multiple times and its only when there's a gangplank on my team or if im playing him.
