High GPU Usage, client

League client is using 38% of my gpu while doing nothing. Whether the intro animation is turned on or off, or If im just in the chat screen, its taking up that GPU and heating it up majorly, since the last patch. Using the latest version of windows 10, Radeon RX480 GPU, r5 1600x cpu. Easily reproduced by simply opening the client.
